Mohammed has over 10 years of experience in rail and civil design, consulting, and construction.  He joined JMA in 2016 and has led some of JMA’s most significant projects, including the California High-Speed Rail CP4 project where he successfully obtained approval for two (2) BNSF shoofly designs to facilitate the construction of the new grade separations and has successfully led over 30 at-grade crossing improvement projects. Not only is he one of JMA’s leading rail experts but his unwavering commitment, dedication, and talent solidified his place as a Partner and Principal Engineer at JMA.
