JMA has been providing design services to CEMEX since our inception in 2011 for their Ready-Mix Concrete Facilities throughout Northern California. These projects include: A new wet plant on a five-acre site supporting construction of Apple Campus 1 in Cupertino, CA. A new dry plant facility and other improvements at a two-acre site in San Mateo County. Design and permitting of a new concrete ready-mix facility at the existing CEMEX site in West Sacramento, CA, which was completed in 12 weeks. Demolition permit document preparation and on-site demolition inspection of a ready-mix concrete facility in San Francisco.
