Supporting the Prime engineer and contractor with Phase II of the electrical upgrades project at the Parks Reserve Forces Training Area (“Camp Parks”), JMA prepared the civil design to replace above ground electrical lines and circuits with underground facilities. The work was completed on a design-build basis by the contractor and their design team. In addition to providing the civil site layouts, details and specifications, JMA supported the contractor though construction on this design-build project, which was completed in 2019.
