Jon Marshall, PE founded JMA Civil in 2011 to build a different kind of civil engineering firm – one that truly creates high-value outcomes for its clients and gets the job done. He has trained and grown a team of intelligent and accountable problem-solvers who deliver on transportation and industrial facility projects by focusing on a proactive, hands-on project management approach.

Jon’s vision infuses how JMA’s team approaches all projects, whether we are leading an interdisciplinary design team for an industrial or campus facility development or critically supporting a prime firm as a subject matter expert for a transportation or utilities project.
