JMA’s Annual Firm Training Day: Building Skills, Connections, and Momentum! January 8, 2025 JMA’s annual Firm Training Day was a perfect mix of learning, collaboration, and lighthearted fun! The team came together to dive into JMA’s processes, share knowledge, and explore new tools and technology through engaging staff-led demos. The day included our very own JMA-style Family Feud show, with crowd-pleaser categories like ‘Top Phrases Used by Jon’ and ‘Rail Design.’ Firm Training Day is an important opportunity for JMA to connect as a team, recharge, and set the foundation for achieving our goals and initiatives in the year ahead. As a mostly remote civil engineering firm, we know it’s important to get together throughout the year. We always mix up our events and try to include family as much as possible.
