Pacific Coast Producers is an industrial Client that grows and cans produce. Supporting a new warehouse and distribution center in Lodi, CA, JMA prepared the site civil design for the new 400,000 sf distribution facility. This included site planning for the buildings, paving, parking configurations and storm drainage locations. JMA prepared alternatives for a new driveway after evaluating truck turn movements on the property. JMA’s scope included the associated grading and drainage design, erosion control, utility design and permitting coordination and construction quantities for the project. Design was completed in 2012 and JMA provided the bid and construction support services required for project completion, which was finalized in 2017.
